MOVEMENT, CO ORDINATION, BALANCE and CHIROPRACTIC

These are a few of the key elements a dancer needs to have to be the greatest they can be.

I didn’t always feel passionate about dance. I was 5 when I first started and it was my mum who FORCED me to go.

I still remember that day as if it was yesterday and how nervous I was. I even cried at the class because they wanted me to learn a move but I was to shy to dance in front of the group. Eventually as my mum kept forcing me to go back there was something about it that slowly converted me into loving dance.

19 years later, here I am, still so passionate about dance that I decided to blog about how CHIROPRACTIC helped me with movement, co-ordination and balance.

Chiropractic you may ask?

I started going for regular chiropractic care and I noticed the full potential of my body. As a dancer, you always strive to be the best, to be the centre of the stage, to finish all your actions and catch all the beats.

Once I was under chiropractic care, not only did my body reap the rewards of resilience but it had a flow on effect to the way I expressed myself through dance.

I felt like my actions were crispy, my reaction time to the beat was enhanced and the energy was running all the way to my fingertips. My balance co-ordination and movement stepped up a notch and I was so in tune. If felt like my brain and body were reconnected again.

Follow my blogs as I reveal how movement, balance and co-ordination can be enhanced through chiropractic care.
