Meet the Back to Living Team

Jan Frost - Practice Manager

Jan Frost - Practice ManagerHi I’m Jan and the very proud practice manager of Wellington’s biggest and most vibrant chiropractic centre.

I come from a long association with health care administration having worked in the public hospital sector for approximately 20 years. My experience at Back to Living has been life changing for me as I see a whole new spectrum of health care focused on a wellness model versus sickness. My family and I have become great advocates of chiropractic care as we have experienced for ourselves the benefits of regular adjustments. I used to suffer from regular 3 days headaches which I would take a multitude of pain killers to relieve – hand on heart, I have had 1 minimal headache since  beginning to work here.
What a joy it is to come to work in such a fun and positive environment – I love my job!

My leisure time is spend mostly with family enjoying the simply pleasures of life. I enjoy gardening and cake decorating as a hobbies.

Kassie Brosnahan- CA

Kassie Brosnahan- CAComing from a background of performing arts, retail, café management and a couple of months travelling around the world I was thrilled on my return to Wellington  to have the opportunity to work at Back to Living Chiropractic.

The philosophy of chiropractic resonated well with me, and when I started here I couldn’t wait find out more. It was the change of direction I had been dreaming of! I am now working towards my qualification as a certified chiropractic assistant in a fun, warm and caring environment. I love the challenges it presents me daily, together with the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills such as performing spinal scans and helping educate our patients about chiropractic care. It really does allow me to be part of changing people’s lives for the better.

When not in the office I am likely to be out tending my veggie garden, at pottery class, hanging out with my gorgeous cat or dining on good food with great friends.

Carrie Hope-Welsh – CA

Hi I’m Carrie, my connection to chiropractic goes back ten years to when I first attended this centre as a patient. It is here that I met Louise and I am excited about having the opportunity to work with her again and the other friendly and energetic staff at the centre.

My background is in laboratory technology. I have also attended Victoria University and graduated with a BCA in Marketing and Management.

I have been a stay at home mum to my son Mahon for the last five years so this is an ideal time to spread my wings and return to work.
